FAQ’s

Q: Do I need to prepare anything for the cleaning?
A: We are happy to move everything safely from where it is at, clean the windows, and return everything to the proper location.

Q: What is the difference between a window, a panel, and a pane?
A: Windows are composed of either large panels, like a sliding glass door with a left panel and a right panel or a double-hung window with a top panel and a bottom panel, or small panes, also called True Divided Lights, colonial style, or french-style windows.

Q: How often should I have my windows cleaned?
A: Most of our customers prefer at least one full interior/exterior cleaning and another 1 or 2 exterior only cleanings per year.

Q: Is there a service fee or deposit required?
A: Our minimum service charge is $200 for our residential customers. No deposits are required!

Q: How often should I have my gutters cleaned?
A: Once a year works really well for most people.

Q: How often should I have my dryer vent cleaned?
A: Anytime you notice lack of performance such as taking two cycles to dry or the dryer room is musty from exhaust not exiting through the vent, or every 2 – 3 years.

Q: What do you clean with?
A: Dawn dish soap is our detergent. It is environmentally friendly and cuts grime. In colder temps we add windshield washer fluid to keep the mix from freezing on the windows.

Q: Are my pets okay around you?
A: Yes! We love animals, but ask you help us to make sure they can’t escape the house or yard and aren’t under a ladder where something could fall on them.

Q: Do you offer any discount for referrals?
A: We do offer referral discounts please let us know if someone referred you or if you referred someone and we will try to show our appreciation with a discounted cleaning the next time we see you.
